There are 4 different types of Turkish passports: • General Passport (burgundy color) is issued to ordinary Turkish citizens and those with medium/limited investments. • A special passport (green) is issued to retired government employees, as well as investors with high financial mobility. • Service passport (gray) is provided by the Turkish citygovernment employees working outside the border. • A diplomatic passport (black) is provided to the Turkish authorities.
